“Must have for ER docs!  I downloaded this today just before a shift and used it 5 times on my first shift.  2 Gallbladders, a DVT, a FAST scan, and a kidney for hydro.  It was perfect.  I’m not sure I would have felt confident enough to do these scans without it.  I’ve attended a couple courses, but had trouble putting into practice as I’m just not that comfortable being a little more “mature” and not training with this in my FM residency.  This seems like the answer to me.  I can’t believe I paid as much as I paid for those courses.  Well worth the 10 bucks!”
